Details: The Kick-off Ceremony will be held in late-August with Fun Day workshops. Our RTS Ambassador this year, Joyce Cheng, is invited to meet everyone on the spot! There will be lots of huge fun facilities and all "Red Twinkle Star" Members are invited to join us!
